What kind of photo magnets do you sell?
We make lovingly handcrafted photo magnets using your personal pictures. Each magnet is made with care, perfect as a gift or keepsake, and designed to last.
Can I customise my order with my own photos?
Yes! Every order is custom-made using the photos you upload. You can choose individual photos for each magnet, or repeat the same photo across a set — it’s up to you.
How do I upload my photos?
After adding your item to the cart, you’ll be prompted to upload your photos before checking out.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship across Australia?
Yes! We ship Australia-wide with both Standard and Express options available.
How much is shipping?
Standard Shipping: $10 on orders under $75, free on orders $75 and over
Express Shipping: $15 flat rate on all orders
Local Delivery (Adelaide Hills): We’re proud to offer FREE local delivery to customers in parts of the Adelaide Hills region (Mt. Barker, Hahndorf, Littlehampton, Nairne, Bridgewater and more).
No minimum spend — just select Local Delivery at checkout if you're eligible
How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard shipping takes 2–8 business days.
Express shipping takes 1–4 business days.
We typically ship within 2 business days of receiving your photo(s).
Payment & Orders
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and other major payment options through Shopify’s secure checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible. We can’t make changes once production has started, but we’ll always try to help if we can.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow its progress.
Do you offer discounts for bulk or repeat orders?
Yes! If you’re placing a large or repeat order (e.g. wedding favours or corporate gifts), please contact us — we’d love to help with a custom quote.
Care Instructions
How do I care for my photo magnets?
Keep them dry and avoid strong direct sunlight to preserve colours. A gentle wipe with a soft, dry cloth is all they need.
Are they waterproof or suitable for outdoor use?
Our magnets are designed for indoor use. While they can handle a bit of moisture, we don’t recommend using them outdoors or in damp areas like bathrooms.
Returns & Issues
What if there’s a problem with my order?
We want you to love your order! If something isn’t right — damaged in transit or not what you expected — please reach out within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
Can I return a custom item?
Because each item is custom-made, we can’t accept returns for change of mind. But if there’s any issue with quality or workmanship, please let us know — we’ll always do our best to help.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Email us a photo of the damage and your order details within 7 days. We’ll replace the item or issue a refund — whatever works best for you.
